1. Eligibility
By submitting a video, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are a resident of the United States
- You are the original creator of the submitted video
- You have the authority to grant the rights described in these terms
2. Content License Grant
By submitting your video, you grant Rugged Ranch Products ("Company") a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to:
- Use, copy, reproduce, and distribute your video
- Edit, modify, adapt, or create derivative works
- Display and publish the video in any media format
- Use the video for advertising, promotional, and commercial purposes
- Sublicense these rights to partners and affiliates
This includes but is not limited to use on social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), our website, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
3. Likeness and Name Release
You grant the Company permission to use your:
- Name (first name or full name)
- Voice and likeness as they appear in the video
- Biographical information (city, state) for identification purposes
The Company is not obligated to provide credit but may do so at its discretion.
4. Originality and Rights
You represent and warrant that:
- The video is your original work, created by you
- The video does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- You have obtained permission from any other individuals appearing in the video
- The video does not contain copyrighted music or other third-party content without proper authorization
5. Content Guidelines
Submitted videos must:
- Feature a Rugged Ranch trap product
- Be appropriate for general audiences
- Not depict animal cruelty or excessive violence
- Not contain obscene, defamatory, or illegal content
- Comply with applicable laws and platform policies
The Company reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet these guidelines.
6. Compensation
For each approved video submission, you will receive the stated reward amount via your chosen payment method (PayPal, Zelle, or check/money order for cash).
- The reward constitutes full compensation for all rights granted
- You waive any claim to royalties, residuals, or additional payments
- The Company reserves the right to reject submissions that don't meet quality standards
- Limit: One reward per household unless otherwise specified
7. No Inspection or Approval Rights
You waive the right to inspect or approve:
- The final edited version of your video
- Any advertising copy or marketing materials using your video
- The context in which your video is used
8. Liability Release
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Rugged Ranch Products, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liability arising from:
- Your participation in this program
- Our use of your video as described in these terms
- Any injury or damage occurring during the filming of your video
9. Privacy
Your contact information (name, email, phone, address) will be used solely for:
- Processing your reward payment
- Communicating about your submission
- Contacting you regarding your video if needed
We will not add you to marketing email lists without separate consent.
10. Disclosure Notice
Because you are receiving compensation for your video, it may be disclosed as paid promotional content when used in advertising. This is required by FTC guidelines and platform policies.
11. Program Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program at any time without prior notice. Changes to these terms will apply to new submissions only.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
13. Platform Disclaimer
This program is solely operated by Rugged Ranch Products. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, or any other social media platform.
